Council Meetings are generally scheduled for the last Friday of each month at 9:00 a.m., meeting dates are subject to change, please check full year schedule below.
Meetings are generally held in person at Fallis Hall (located at Hwy 16 and RR 52)
and virtually via Zoom unless otherwise stated.

If you would like to make a presentation to Council at a meeting, please contact the administration office in the week prior to the meeting to ensure a space on the agenda. Providing information to Council ahead of the meeting allows the Council members to be prepared to discuss the issue fully.
