The Summer Village contracts Peace Officer/Bylaw Enforcement/Animal Control services through a joint agreement with Lac Ste. Anne County.

Another new initiative! The Summer Villages of Silver Sands and South View are combining to contract Enhanced Police Service from the RCMP. This initiative will see additional RCMP patrols take place in both Summer Villages during the summer months monitoring speeding, impaired driving, safety, etc. A reminder that if you have an emergency pertaining to Police, Fire or Ambulance, you must dial 9-1-1 (the non-emergency RCMP line is 780-727-4446).
